We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our medical bill review service:

• First name and email address
• Healthcare provider name and approximate bill amount
• A brief, general description of the bill type
• An uploaded copy of your bill (optional) — redaction is encouraged
• Your explicit consent records with timestamps

We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, full medical histories, diagnoses, or other unnecessary health details.

Information is collected solely to:

• Review your medical bill for errors and overcharges
• Communicate with your healthcare provider on your behalf
• Send you updates about your case via email

Submitted information is used only for bill review and provider communication related to your request.

Your submission is accessible only to:

• Authorized ClearBill staff (admin role only)
• No third parties, advertisers, or data brokers

All access is logged in a tamper-resistant audit trail.

Records are retained for up to 1 year by default, after which they are deleted or anonymized unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to request permanent deletion of your data at any time. To do so, email us at hadendijulio@clearbillnow.com with your first name and email address. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Uploaded files are stored securely and are not publicly accessible. Access is restricted by role and all actions are audit-logged.
